Researcher George Graham, who originally joined Carlyle as a Graduate Research Assistant, shares his experience and progression since he joined the team in January 2022.

I have had the privilege of working on some amazing assignments this year, working with fantastic businesses across the UK and I am absolutely delighted with my promotion to Researcher. Carlyle’s commitment to developing the team across the business has resulted in my professional growth and I am excited to continue developing alongside my colleagues as the business goes from strength to strength.
