Following a successful and busy 2023, Carlyle are delighted to announce a number of promotions in the team:
Lucy Seligman and Amy Harley to Senior Researcher; George Graham to Senior Researcher & Project Lead; Paloma Paige to Researcher.
Joining the business through Carlyle’s established graduate programme, Amy and George have quickly progressed to become senior members of the Research team, as well as playing important roles in leading projects and business improvement initiatives. After a previous career in Executive Search, Lucy joined Carlyle and has become an integral part of the Research team, engaging on some of Carlyle’s highest profile Searches. Paloma joined Carlyle as a Research Assistant in 2022, and now as Researcher will have increased responsibility in delivering Searches.
Fiona James-Martin, Managing Partner – commented:
"It is rewarding for the whole team when we see talent progress within the organisation. Each of these promotions have come about due to sustained commitment to our clients, strong collaboration with the team, a desire to grow and living our values every day. We look forward to supporting Lucy, Amy, George and Paloma over the next chapter of their Carlyle journey."
Daniel Kellingray, Head of Research & Commercial Operations commented:
“The business has heavily invested in building an industry leading Research capability, and these promotions reflect both that investment and the commitment of the team to consistently seek to improve and develop themselves. It’s been a pleasure to support their development and we look forward to the ongoing growth of the business and our colleagues over the course of 2024”.
